Ice Lake

No one knows why...but this beautiful lake is totally frozen over year round. Stories tell of a pretty young maiden who lived by these waters. Every day, she would sit beside the shore and sing. Her mother had died years before, and her father had left before that, so she was very lonely. One day, a snowstorm struck, blowing down the girls small home and killing her with it's icey winds. Because the girl had not found peace in her life, she remains near the lake, keeping the waters frozen until the day she is able to find her peace.
